Sugar Bowl Gorjuss Girl

Hé eindelijk weer eens een kaartje kunnen maken, er zijn zoveel dingen veranderd! Ik ben niet meer een 'eigenaresse' van een snoepwinkel, ik ben weer voor een 'baas' aan het werk. Dat is niet erg, maar er gaat wel een hoop tijd in zitten!
In ieder geval, deze week heb ik een kaart gemaakt voor de Sugar Bowl Challenge 22 'Kathy's Sketch'.Zoals gebruikelijk bij de Sugar Bowl heb ik een Sugar Nellie stempel gebruikt, dit is een Gorjuss Girl.
Ik heb dit lieve meisje ingekleurd met Derwent Coloursoft potloden, het papier is van Basic Grey.



A new job for me, no longer an owner of a beads and candy shop, kind of stress, but everything is settling down again.
Sooo I took a new challenge! This time for the Sugar Bowl, this weeks' challenge is nr. 22 'Kathy's Sketch' as usual they ask to use a Sugar Nellie stamp, I used one of my Gorjuss Girls, I colored this sweetie with my Derwent Coloursoft pencils, the paper is from Basic Grey.

Royal Kat Monday Hop!

Een maandag bloghop, leuk dat je langskomt! Als je meedoet met de hop zou je van Meredith vandaan moeten komen, is dat niet zo, ga dan hier langs.

Er is iets veranderd in de wekelijkse bloghop van QK. Een aantal leden van het DT zijn naar de maandag en er zijn ook een aantal op de woensdag gebleven.
Dit was het nieuws, over de wisseling van de wekelijkse hop.

Nu naar wat ik gemaakt heb, een doosje van karton, heel eenvoudig, maar als je het klaar hebt is het van Yes dat heb ik toch maar even gedaan, ik wel in ieder geval!
De cupcake van QKD heb ik gekleurd met Distress, en het glazuur heb ik gemaakt van Diamond Glaze.

Royal Blog Hop Color Combo

The Royal Blog Hop this week is all about a colorcombination of Purple, Orange, White and Black, kind of Halloween colors me thinks. No problem! I have a sweetiepie Top Hat Girl she is dressed in a sweet Halloween outfit, so she fits perfect in Halloween colors.
She does not have the colorcombo in her dressup but the card and layers behind her sure do!

GET SKETCHY #10

Een nieuwe sketch challenge bij GET SKETCHY, de extra challenge is om te doodlen of iets te schrijven op de kaart, ik heb het geprobeerd maar komt helemaaaal niet mooi uit bij deze kaart.
Deze keer heb ik ook alleen een tekststempel gebruikt, de uiltjes heb ik uitgeknipt, ik vind ze zo funky.
Het cardstock is van Bazzil het dessin papier van American Crafts, super met die mooie felle kleuren! en het tekststempeltje is van Hero Arts.
Het 'bloemetje' in de hoek heb ik zelf gemaakt.



A new sketch challenge at GET SKETCHY, the extra challenge is to doodle or write on the card, I tried but it did not match in any way with this card.
This time I only used a sentiment, I cut out the little funky owls from patterned paper.
The cardstock is Bazzil paper, the patterned paper from American Crafts, I love the bright colors they use in their designs, the sentiment stamp comes from Hero Arts.
I made the paper 'flower' myself.

Bizzy Becs Creatalicious Challenge #2

Een challenge kaartje voor Bizzy Becs Creatalicious Challenge #2, de challenge is gebruik roze en of paars, bordeauxrood en groen, ik moest er eventjes over nadenken.
Maar eigenlijk heeft Basic Grey daar een perfecte lijn voor Eva.
Deze heb ik gebruikt in mijn kaart.
De stempel komt van QKD en hoort in een set, hun stempels zijn echt vrij goedkoop en deze week ook nog in de aanbieding.
Ik heb de cupcake gekleurd met Distress Inkt.



A challenge card for Bizzy Becs Creatalicious Challenge #2, the challenge is use, pink or plum with burgundy and green, it took me some time to know what to come up with.
Actually Basic Grey's got the perfect paperline for this, Eva.
I used it in my card.
The stamp is from QKD and belongs to a set, their stamps are quite cheap and they are on sale this week!
I colored the cupcake with Distress Ink.

Simon Says Make a Halloween card or Project

Deze week Simon Says maak een Halloween kaart of project, het is een kaartje geworden, de techniek van het inkleuren met Distress Ink refills lukt nog niet zo, maar ik vind het wel leuk om te doen.
Het is eigenlijk net verven maar dan komt de verf uit een refill.
Het is wel een oud Tilda'tje maar ze kan nog best voor deze Halloween Challenge, de spin is ook van Magnolia. Het papier is van een paperpad (Eerie) van Basic Grey.

Simon Says make a Halloween card or project, I made a card ;) the technique of coloring with Distress Ink refills needs more practice but I like to color with them. Basically it is painting, but then you use the ink from a refill.
It's an older Tilda stamp, but she does fine with this Halloween Challenge, the spider comes from Magnolia too.
The paper is a paper pad (Eerie) by Basic Grey.

Simon Says Color combo Red and Green

Simon Says deze week een kleurencombinatie van rood en groen, dan denk ik al snel aan de kerst.
Ik weet niet zeker van welke lijn deze stempel komt, High Hopes of Whipper Snapper, geeft niet, ik heb deze gebruikt op mijn kaart.
Het papier is van My Minds Eye, ik heb de sneeuwpop ingekleurd met Distress Inkt.

Simon Says Colorcombo Red and Green this week, I usually think of Christmas with this colorcombination.
I am not sure which company made this stamp, High Hopes or Whipper Snapper, doesn't matter, I used it on my card.
The paper is My Minds Eye and colored the image with Distress Ink.
