Royal Monday Sketch Blog Hop

Hallo allemaal, het is weer maandag, dus dat betekent, Blog Hop!

Kom je van Meredith, dan ga je goed, ben je hier binnen komen vallen, ga dan eerst hier langs zodat je zeker weet dat je alle creaties gezien hebt.

Deze week zien jullie een kaart aan de hand van een sketch.

Zoals in de sketch, 'moet' er aan de zijkant gestempeld cardstock, daar heb ik het toverstafje en tekst van de Berry Fairy set voor gebruikt, ingekleurd met stickles, zodat het een echt toverstafje lijkt.

Nu door naar Anita's blog, wat voor moois zij gemaakt heeft.

As is the sketch the left piece of paper 'needs' to be stamped cardstock, but it a was great chance to use the cutest magic wand ever! I colored the stars with stickles to make it more magic hehe.
The magic wand and the sentiment are stamps in the set of Berry Fairy.

Royal Monday Blog Hop Release Day!

Kom je van Meredith? Dan ga je goed, ben je hier zomaar langsgekomen? Ga dan even hierlangs, dan weet je zeker dat je alle nieuwtjes gezien hebt!
Het is alweer een nieuwe maand, dus dat betekent, er worden aanstaande woensdag nieuwe stempels gelanceerd!
Ik heb er als DT member al mee mogen kliederen, deze stempel heet Berry Fairy, ik heb er een 'easel' kaart mee gemaakt.
Ga eens kijken bij QKD ze hebben echt zoveel verschillende soorten (acryl) stempels, geen mounting spullen nodig, ze plakken zo aan een acrylblok.
Nu door naar Anita en kijk wat voor leuks zij heeft gefabriceerd.

A new month, that means, a release of new stamps! Woohoo!

I've got to play with one of the new ones, and here she is, her name is Berry Fairy, doesn't she look sweet?
I made an easel card, very easy but great succes!

Check out QKD's store, they've got a huge bunch of (acrylic) stamps, there is no need for mounting supplies just an acrylic block.

Royal Monday Inspirational Image Blog Hop

Kom je van Meredith? Dan ga je goed, ben je hier zomaar langsgekomen? Ga dan even hierlangs zodat je de prachtige creaties van iedereen hebt gezien met de inspiratie foto van deze week.

Gave foto hé, ik vind het een prachtige kamer, in deze kleuren, netjes opgeruimd, wel erg amerikaans, maar toch lijkt het me heerlijk om in deze ruimte thuis te komen.

Daarom heb ik mijn kaart verder ook vrij rustig gehouden, Peppermint heeft voor deze gelegenheid ook haar blauwe jasje aangetrokken, verder niet te veel tierelantijntjes, terwijl ik juist wel iemand ben voor bloemen en andere frutsels. Maar bij deze foto past dit denk ik het beste.

I love the photo of this blue and brown room, I think it is very comfortable and real tidy, just a moment of peace to come home to. It feels like it is quite an American kind of living room, but it is really neat!!

That is why I put Peppermint in a blue coat, and kept my card plain, not to much embellies and flowers like I normally do, but inspired by this photo it is just fine like this.

Happy Birthday Queen Kat Blog Hop

Simon Says Animal Antics

Simon Says this week Animal Antics You can make whatever you like as long as it has an animal on there somewhere. It can be big, small, wild, tame, furry, feathery, slippery, slimy the choice is yours :-) We can't wait to see what you all make,, It would be nice to see some Christmas gifts for our pets too !! :-)

I used one of my Sugar Nellie stamps for this challenge. I think it is a dog, but can be another stuffed animal too.
It came out quite pink and girly, it seems to be my style, any color I pick, I end up with pink.
MacBeth (name of the stamp) is colored with Derwent Coloursoft pencils, the background is Basic Grey paper on SU! cardstock.
The flowers are from Prima, the ribbon is from my own stash of ... pink :o))
